William C. Jaeger is a principal leader for project controls for a diversified portfolio of developments and Projects. Extensive experience in planning, scheduling and cost control for major Private developments and diversified public sector infrastructure.

Lolita Silvano has years of special knowledge in Government and Commercial Contracting including supply chain activities (process) from pre-solicitation/acquisition, after award of products/services, FAR, DFAR, FAR supplements and Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and other rules and regulations for the protection of air water, climate, environment, wildlife and public health.
