DR. REGARD YAKOU, PRESIDENT
Dr.Regard Yakou has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. Dr. Yakou is a solution oriented professional with excellent communications skills of local, national and international strategic management, business development, project development and project management experience. Proven ability to lead, train and direct professionals in various disciplines. Additional experience includes estimating and scheduling, purchasing and procurement, cost controls, business management, government relations, technology transfer, new product introduction and development, oil and gas business development, and business management.
Project experience includes resorts and entertainment, residential, infrastructure, dredging and reclamation, multi-story buildings, healthcare, multi-use buildings, oil and gas exploration and production, and computer and internet technology. Holds U.S. Patent Number 4776091. Computer software skills include Microsoft Project. Fluent in English and Arabic, with a working knowledge of Spanish.
Regard has successfully managed a multitude of projects all over the world including some that have won design and construction awards.

DICK SARGON
Dick Sargon is an executive and practitioner in the fields of project planning, architectural and engineering design, supervision of construction, program, projects and construction management, project review and oversight and actual construction and installation of a large number of projects in the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, and the Middle East. Experienced in both public and private development, including hotels and resorts, theme parks and entertainment complexes, leisure activities and gaming, healthcare facilities, retail and shopping centers, power generation and distribution, mixed-use developments, commercial buildings and the entire spectrum of infrastructure and transportation.

CARL HANGELMAN, AIA PRESIDENT
Carl Hangelman is a creative, innovative and process-oriented executive with over 30 years experience with hospitality, entertainment, retail, commercial mixed-use and residential developments.
As a licensed architect, his extensive expertise in program, design, construction and development start-up management is combined with a solid background in architecture, site master planning, strategic planning, feasibility analysis and the procurement of development entitlements within a diversified portfolio of complex major developments. In addition to development and project management expertise, his established track record in the successful management of both people and process has been established by selecting, training, motivating and empowering cross-functional teams.
WILLIAM C. JAEGER, PCP & CEP
William C. Jaeger is a Principal leader for project controls for a diversified portfolio of developments and Projects. Extensive experience in planning, scheduling and cost control for major Private developments and diversified public sector infrastructure.
LOLITA SILVANO
Lolita Silvano has extensive special knowledge in Government and Commercial Contracting including supply chain activities (process) from pre-solicitation/acquisition, after award of products/services, FAR, DFAR, FAR supplements and Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and other rules and regulations for the protection of air water, climate, environment, wildlife and public health.
Knowledgeable in drafting legal documents, contracts, propose decisions/resolutions of given issues; prepares legal researching, execute various of consultancy & construction contracts.
Expert in pre-solicitation/acquisition process preparation, analysis, administration and management of contracts from the award, execution up to the close-out stage of the project/services. Skillful in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contracts Preparation, Analysis and Management related to Real Estate, Oil/Gas and Marine Projects including analysis of additional scope of work, extension of time, additional cost, prolongation, dispute settlement including insurance claims. Handling of contractual and legal matters related to Real Estate, Construction, Consultancy, Information Technology System and any other projects related legal matters.
